These guidelines help keep the event safe and comfortable for everyone.
General guidelines
- •Be respectful to other attendees, staff, and volunteers
- •Follow directions from event staff when needed
- •Make sure costumes and props follow the Prop & Weapons Policy
- •Ask before taking photos or videos of others
- •No smoking, vaping, or alcohol inside the venue
- •Keep behavior appropriate for an all-ages event
Community conduct
ACGN EXPO is a public event with a wide range of attendees.
We expect everyone to:
- •Treat others respectfully
- •Avoid aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
- •Respect personal space and boundaries
Harassment, bullying, or targeted negative behavior is not allowed at the event.
