Volunteers help keep the event running smoothly throughout the day.
If you're interested in supporting the event, meeting people, and being part of the experience, we'd love to have you join.
As a volunteer, you may help with:
- •Checking wristbands and managing entry at the gate
- •Scanning tickets for attendees who purchased online
- •Assisting performers and helping monitor the stage area
- •Supporting panel rooms and activity areas
- •Providing directions and general help to attendees

Important info
- •Age: Volunteers under 19 are welcome (parental consent may be required)
- •Shifts: Typically around 4 hours per shift
- •Multiple roles may be assigned depending on needs
- •Wear comfortable clothing and we will have volunteer jacket prepared
